Recently (well, not so recently, more like 2009...), I got the Behringer C-3 Condenser Mic, and the Xenyx 1002 Mixer, which made me go past my budget, but that's the cheapest mixer they were selling... The mic has a good sound without any mastering, but I can make it sound more or less professional. Although, I still haven't gotten a pop filter, which I probably don't need anyway.
